1. Have not traveled overseas for the past 3 months, and not intending to travel overseas within the next 3 months.
2. Have not experienced any flu-like symptoms such as runny nose, sore throat, fever, cough, and respiratory illness.

Important Information for Caregivers
This is a guideline of the Standard of Procedures of Joyat Health Care.
1. Punctuality: Timeliness is crucial at Joyat. To ensure prompt patient care, staff are required to clock in and out by using the Connecteam App.
2. Documentation: Accurate documentation is vital for organisational records and legal
purposes. Use the daily care form to report the session of the patient's condition and submit it via the Connecteam App.
3. Medical Certificates: Submit medical certificates to inform management of any absence or leave.
4. Performance Standards: Individual performance is closely monitored. Supervisors track performance through competency checklists and rely on absence of negative feedback from patients or their families.
By acknowledging this, you understand that the mentioned allowances and compensations will
be forfeited under the circumstances outlined above.
