Are the practitioners' certified professionals?

JHC Nurses and Health Care Assistants Training Program

At Joyat Health Care (JHC), we uphold the highest standards of professional care. All our nurses are registered with the Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM) and hold a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC). In addition, both our nurses and health care assistants are required to successfully complete our comprehensive in-house training programs before they are qualified to provide care.

Our rigorous training curriculum covers essential topics, including:

  • Pressure Injury Management and Prevention

  • Fall Prevention

  • Diabetes Management

  • And a wide range of critical care areas

The program spans over one month, totaling 36 hours of intensive training, designed to equip our staff with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

To ensure continued excellence, JHC implements ongoing professional development and skill updates for all nurses, caregivers, and health care assistants. This commitment guarantees that our team consistently delivers high-quality, safe, and reliable care for every patient we serve.

What are the minimum required hours of care per service?

Flexible Care Services with Personalised Care Plans

At JHC, we do not impose any minimum required hours for our care services.

Before recommending the number of care hours, our care consultant conducts a thorough assessment of the patient. This assessment is essential as it provides insights into the patient’s health condition, medication, and specific care requirements.

Using the information gathered from these assessments, our care consultant develops a personalised care plan tailored to the patient’s unique needs. These care plans are thoughtfully designed to address the patient’s specific requirements and are continuously updated to adapt to any changes in the patient’s condition over time.

Payment Types

JHC strongly encourages clients to pay a 50% deposit in advance to secure their booking with our services. The remaining payment is to be made upon completion of the care service.

Alternatively, we also accept full payment at the time of booking for added convenience.

For safety and security reasons, JHC does not accept cash payments. We prioritise secure payment methods and only accept bank transfers and QR payments.

This payment process ensures that we can deliver uninterrupted, high-quality care services to our clients.

Preparing for Our Arrival

To ensure smooth and efficient care services, our care consultant will provide guidance on preparing the necessary equipment, medication, and patient documents for the service.

This may include essential medical equipment and items such as:

  • Blood pressure monitors

  • Oxygen tanks

  • Prescribed medications required by the patient

  • Patient discharge summary from hospitals

  • Patient medical history and relevant reports

Additionally, our consultant will advise on specific preparations based on the patient’s unique needs. This could involve:

  • Dietary requirements

  • Mobility aids

  • Any other tailored arrangements to ensure the best care experience

By preparing these in advance, we can deliver high-quality care that meets the patient’s individual needs seamlessly.

Can a Care Session Be Shortened or Extended?

At JHC, we understand that unexpected events can arise. That’s why we offer the flexibility to shorten or extend care sessions with prior notice.

Our team will promptly inform clients if any adjustments to a care session are necessary to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained.

Please note:

  • Any changes to a scheduled care session must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Adjustments are subject to availability.

Providing advance notice allows us to make the necessary arrangements to accommodate the changes and ensures uninterrupted, high-quality care services for all our clients.
