Are the practitioners' certified professionals?

JHC mandates that all of our nurses must be registered with both LJM (Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia) & APC (Annual Practicing Certificate), and must complete all the in-house courses before they are deemed qualified to serve.

These courses consist of pressure injury management & prevention, fall prevention, diabetes management, and many others.

JHC nurses and caregivers undergo a rigorous training program that lasts for more than three days or is equivalent to 18 hours of intensive training. This training equips them with the necessary skills to provide the best care possible to our patients.

Furthermore, JHC continually updates their skills to ensure that they provide high-quality care at all times.

What are the minimum required hours of care per service?

JHC does not impose any minimum required hours for our care services.

Nevertheless, prior to making any recommendations of hours, our care consultant conducts an assessment of the patient.

This assessment is vital because it gives us an understanding of the patient's health condition, medication, and specific requirements.

By obtaining these assessment reports, our care consultant can create a personalised care plan that caters to the patient's specific needs. Our care plan is specially designed to address the patient's individual requirements, and we ensure that the plan evolves as the patient's needs change over time.

Payment Types

JHC strongly advises our clients to pay a 50% deposit in advance to secure a booking with our services, with the remaining payment to be made upon completion of the care service.

However, we also accept full payments at the time of booking.

It is important to note that we do not accept cash payments as we prioritise the safety and security of our clients and staff. We only accept online bank transfers and QR payments as a secure payment method.

This payment process enables us to provide the best possible care service to our clients without any interruptions.

Things you can prepare prior to our arrival.

To ensure smooth and efficient care services, our care consultant will advise on the preparation of equipment and medication that will be needed for the care service.

This includes any necessary medical equipment, such as a blood pressure monitor or oxygen tank, as well as any prescribed medications that the patient needs to take.

Additionally, our consultant will also provide guidance on any specific preparations that may be required based on the patient's individual needs, such as dietary requirements or mobility aids.

Can a care session be shorten or extended?

At JHC, we recognise that unexpected events can occur, and therefore we accommodate the flexibility to shorten or extend care sessions with prior notice.

Our team will inform all clients if a care session needs to be adjusted to ensure that we provide the best possible care.

It is important to note that any changes to the scheduled care session must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and are subject to availability.

This advance notice enables us to make the necessary arrangements to accommodate the changes, and to ensure that we continue to provide uninterrupted care services to all our clients.
